The fine print, plainly

Privacy

Short version: we collect what a moving quote needs, we use it to plan and deliver your move, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry (through the form or the Both Ends planner), we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the suburbs involved, and whatever you tell us about the move. If you browse without enquiring, we don't collect personal information about you.

What we use it for

Quoting, planning and delivering your move: calling you back, sizing the crew, scheduling the day, and following up on the enquiry you sent. That's the list. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that is the one sharing we do, and it exists so your move gets done.

What we never do

  • Sell or rent your details to marketers
  • Add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for
  • Ask the form for more than the job needs

Where it lives

Enquiries are stored securely with our infrastructure provider and kept only as long as they're useful for the purpose you sent them: quoting and completing your move, and our basic records afterwards. The connection is encrypted. Spam protection on the form is a single hidden field that only a bot would fill in; there's no CAPTCHA to squint at.

Cookies and tracking

None worth a banner. This site runs no analytics or advertising trackers, sets no marketing cookies, and has no newsletter to sign you up to. What you read here stays between you and your browser.

Your choices

Want your enquiry details corrected or deleted? Say so in a message through the enquiry form and we'll action it. For the broader rules that govern personal information in Australia, see the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
