Guidance, not a contract
Everything on this site (the guides, the planner, the tables, the worked examples) is general guidance to help you plan a move. None of it becomes an agreement until we've spoken with you, confirmed the details of your specific move, and put the crew, window and rate in writing. If anything on a page conflicts with what we confirm in writing for your job, the written confirmation wins.
The planner and the estimates
The Both Ends planner recommends a crew size and describes a likely shape of day from what you tell it. It's a starting plan, not a quote: it can't see your stairs, and it doesn't pretend to. Worked dollar examples on this site are arithmetic illustrations using our published hourly rates; your move's hours will be its own.
Rates
The hourly rates shown ($250, $350 and $500 an hour by crew size) are current at the time of writing and confirmed for your job in writing before the day. If rates ever change, the figure we confirm with you is the one that applies.
Images
The images on this site are illustrative and were generated for this site; they are not photographs of a particular past job. They exist to show the kind of work honestly, and no image is presented as a specific customer's move. What you can trust to be literal here is the words: the rates, the method, and the local detail.
Links
We link to government and industry sources (NSW Government, Transport for NSW, NSW Fair Trading, AFRA) because they're the right authorities on their subjects. We don't control those sites and linking isn't a claim of affiliation or endorsement in either direction.
Liability, plainly
We take real care with this site's contents, and you have rights under Australian Consumer Law that nothing here excludes. Beyond those rights, we can't accept responsibility for decisions made on general guidance alone; the whole point of the callback is to replace general guidance with specifics before anything is agreed.
